just been given a lovely cook book [not usually my thing..prefer to experiment] called blood sugar with some really exciting recipies and lovely, stimulating pictures

as name suggests it is for diabetics but is not the usual health book format just a proper, everyone for dinner, book.

I think it was rather expensive but will get into the charity shops eventually!! :)

Sounds great and I love looking in Charity shops, so you never know I may get a bargain :lol: Best wishes RRB
