correct treatment

i have been diabetes from the year 2000, currently as part of the treatment i take:
oral medicines: glycomate 1gm
insuline: himusuline R and lantus.
but still my diabetes is not under control kindly advice.
and also i wanted to know if baicratic surgery is the cure of diabetes.

If you are hugely obese bariatric surgery could help your mobility and you lower insulin requirements. Not always the best idea to do a 'quick fix' but it depends on your circumstances x
