quick question. I'm going to Costa for a study date. I usually avoid these places as I only drink tea at home and don't like their tea!! Is there anything Someone can suggest that's nice that won't affect my blood sugar? Thanks

I have costa 2 or 3 times a week, for this I sacrifice carb elsewhere, and add it to my days total carb intake. Not that I would advise anyone else to do it.

Not that I drink at Costa, but most of the carb content of their food items is near to or above my daily 'self imposed' limits

I found a vanilla latte with soya milk which was 15g. That's alot for a drink maybe I'll just put up with their gross tea!!
