Cottage cheese

Hey all, I'm still testing the water to see what foods I can safely eat without affecting my blood year too much and I thought cottage cheese was one of the safe ones. I had 200g which worked out to be around 8carbs, I tested before I ate and I was a little high at 8.4 and then 2 1/2 hours later just before my dinner I was up to 12.5. Just wondering if I had read wrong about cottage cheese being ok?

some people have sensitivities to foods that make it inadvisable to have some food groups

I am one of those who have to eliminate all cheeses and milks and cream

I dont have a full on allergy reaction but my blood test goes waaaaaay up even after just 50 grams of cheese :(

if you are getting high readings I suggest that you have a sensitivity to that food even though under normal circumstances it would be fine to have
