Could anyone offer any advice if possible please?

Many answers I've heard over the last year have been rubbish- I don't doubt for a second that if our National Healthcare weren't at financial breaking point that everyone would be given it without the bat of an eyelid if it were possible.</p></blockquote><p></p>
