I've been reading about depression since I'm tired all the time and this causes me issues in other emotional aspects.
Doing so, I've been told to look into the possibility of diabetes and it seems to be making sense from what I've been reading.

So here are symptoms I've been having.

Urinating often : I pee a lot, and I also have to wake up once during the night to pee. Half the time, I feel the urge to urinate but It's only a small quantity.
I also noticed that if I drink a tall glass of milk in the morning, I pee A LOT. This is compared to only drinking tea, where my peeing is still frequent but not as dramatic.

Feeling very thirsty : I tough that was just the way I was, but I always feel thirsty/dry mouth. I also tough that my frequent urinating was caused by the fact that I drink a lot.

Feeling very hungry : Again, I tough that was because I have a fast metabolism, but it's hard for me to stay satisfied after eating.

Extreme fatigue : I tough at first that this might be related to depression. I always feel tired, I have major concentration and motivation issues and waking up in the morning is a challenge.
I've been called moody and grumpy a lot.

I have been noticing those symptoms for 4-5 years now (I'm 27, 23.5 BMI).
When I eat too much sugar, I feel very sick and I start having a migraine.
I have to drink lots of water and I usually feel better 3-4 hours later.
When I say too much sugar, that would be like if I had a Pepsi and a chocolate bar for example (60g of sugar or so).

I also have a groin rash that's been going on for about 4-5 years also. I've been a few dermatologist and none of them could figure this one out.
I've read that could be related to diabetes and bad blood circulation.

We can't diagnose diabetes, that's for your doctor to do, so if you're worried, you must really go for a check up. Certainly some of your symptoms would make it a possibility, and eating too many carbohydrates can cause the kidneys to do their best to flush them out which could account for thirst and urination issues, so consider reducing the items that you're reacting badly to, but you should definitely see a doctor.

It's well worth going to talk to your Dr about your health problems. We are here if he finds you have diabetes ..

I agree with the others, your doctor or nurse could test you for diabetes in about 1 minute.

Either way, the urge to urinate but only passing a small amount needs to be looked into. That could indicate a bladder or other condition separate to diabetes.

If you don't have diabetes, then your fatigue can be investigated with some routine blood tests.

Your symptoms would appear to have some consistency with diabetes, but

We can't diagnose diabetes, that's for your doctor to do

And without meaning to sound even more unhelpful, we can't write you prescriptions either. I hate going to the quack - always have, quite possibly always will - but the first night I didn't have to get up in the middle of the night to go the the toilet because I had a diagnosis and some medication was a relief. It won't take very long to test your blood sugar level.
