Could it have been the kidneys?

For the last couple of years I have had foamy morning urine. All tests done came back normal, but I have tried to keep protein lowish while low-carbing. The recent tests done after my diabetes diagnosis were also clear.

After a month and a half on very strict LCHF this foam has disappeared. Could it be that my kidneys actually were affected by my too high bg but now are healed due to my now more or less normal bg? Even though nothing showed up in the tests?

Sounds good news. I am not to sure what is the true answer regarding your kidneys. Lets hope a new test reveals positive results (better than normal if you know what I mean).
