Count Calories
The best way that i have found to lose weight is to count calories. There are many places on the internet to find out how many calories a day you should be intaking. Once you know that, you must be a real stickler and only eat that amount of calories a day. You will see the pounds shed if you keep this up for a few weeks.
Weight loss is almost all about consuming less calories amount... A person should have a general idea what food contains which amount of calories, though sometimes people are ignorant what is good for them and what is not.
Yep, eating less calories than your body requires for fuel will indeed result in weight loss. Unfortunately, as in much of life, things are rarely so simple. Diabetics need a more in depth diet than merely counting calories.
