The other disgrace of the content in those articles is this. Let's say for argument sake than most people in moderate/high risk groups are more careful in what they do, maybe they stick to the rules more than some who are less at risk. Care home residents for instance are literally at the mercy of the lifestyle and movements of those around them. So does that mean we don't treat those who are doing everything possible to avoid the virus if they get it but do treat those who are blaze about their own and others safety if they were to pick it up? Disgraceful if so. This might be of interest to you JRT. At my mothers care home they have now notified us that the have rapid Covid tests which will cost visitors £10. So you turn up at your visit, take the test, and 10 minutes later you have a result. If negative they will take the perspex screen away and a relative can give their loved ones a hug. Only one visitor allowed at a time mind you and they don't say if your loved one has the test as well.
