However, incidence seems to be very rare and most people will only see an increase over a few days as the result of a normal immune response to the vaccine. Sadly, something has gone wrong for me, and six weeks after the vaccine I am getting results between 13 and 23 mmol. I am awaiting a scan and pushing for tests to reassess my diabetes type.
