Having to forswear foods I have loved all my life.
Trying to find low carb meals when eating out.
I know that a few of the things we ask up front of new(ish) posters is medication, weight, diet.
I've seen a few posts where people are feeling down, headache etc.
First suggestion would be carb flu.
However I have felt rough on and off since my first Pfizer vaccination a week ago last Wednesday so during the vaccination roll out it might be useful to know vaccination status as well.
