Crackers that are lowish Carb.

Hi everyone,
at present i am having to eat a very bland diet as my GP suspects that I have gastritis. i have suffered on and off for over 20 years with this and take 80mg of Esomeprazole daily to help to control the acid.

As you can imagine I am eating more carbs than usua as any fat is off the menu, dry crackers at present don't upset my stomach, which ones are lower in carbs please ?

oatcakes, about 6g per biscuit if you go for the oat only ones, nairns or waitrose own.

Nairns cheese oatcakes have just under 4g of carbs, they are truly delicious.
