Cramps

Hi new here type 2 for just over 2 years now within the last week I have started the low carb diet but I have been getting cramp like pains in one foot is this to do with the low carb ?

Could one of many causes. Common ones are an imbalance of salts or, dehydation. The body can take a while to adjust to a new diet, particularly when it has been used to the same thing for many years. I get the occasional cramp (usually at night). Taking "crampex" tablets for a couple of days usually sorts thing. Check with your pharmacist, to make sure they are ok to take with your current meds.
