Can anyone help please? Collins Gem carb counter says they contain 0.7 carb per biscuit - on the back of the Jacob's packet it says 5.4, which reading is more trustworthy?

Thanks in anticipation of experimenting with a cracker ( or not as the case may be ) :)

Afraid its the 2nd one, carbs in 1 cracker 5.3/4. So only have 3 and have butter and cheese on it.

If you fancy a cracker either have finns original 3.7g or 4.0g carbs deepending on which one or TruFree range do a nice cracker at 4.0g carbs (also gluten and wheat free) Asda.

Cheese thins are around 2g of carbs.

I have found that you can spread Marmite on a slice of cheese and forget the cracker altogether. You do get some funny looks though.
