I have been having cripling pain in my toes and heels. The toes feel like they are in a vice and all I can do it sit and hold my breath it is so bad. I have difficulty walking at times because my heels feel so sore.
I keep my sugar levels withing the 4.5-8mmol range so surely this can't be my diabetes playing up.
I am Type 1 late onset diabetic. I do have ulceration on my legs but those come and go and itch like crazy too. I make sure I apply a good layer of cream given to me by the DR. Yet still my legs itch and sores break out. No, I don't scratch I know better than to do that.
Has anyone else had these problems, I'd like to know what you do to combat it please
