We have staff meetings every Monday. This week the deputy head decided we were to have a chill and a chat. She brought cup cakes, cookies and a variety of cappuccino drinks. Bless her. I ate olives! I'm not complaining because I realise the world does not revolve around me.
It's polling day today and the children are not in school because the school is a polling station. We are having and INSET day. A Jacob's Join is the order of the day for lunch. Staff have been writing on the list what they will bring. Having looked at it I've decided to contribute a feta and olive salad. I'll have to watch it doesn't all get eaten before I get to it because the staff are always interested in my lunches at the best of times these days. Ha ha!
