Hi, has anyone tried Curalin and can recommend it please? It is quite expensive so don't want to waste my money. Many thanks

Hi, what do you hope that Curalin could do for you that a low carbohydrate, healthy fat eating pattern can't do for you?
There have been several threads about this over the last few years and a search for curalin will bring them up.

Hi I have been using Curalin for about 3 weeks now and although Type 2 have always monitored my sugars.
Since taking curalin my average morning fasting test result has dropped from 8/9 down to 5/6 and post meal from over 16 down to below 10 about 2 hours after a meal. I take two capsules morning and night and feel less need to binge on sweet stuff and generally eat less.
Thus is enough to keep me using it and I have just ordered six months worth. I am sceptical about all the various claims of miracles with all sorts of products but had never heard of Curalin until a friend said he had been using it with fantastic results. I will keep you informed about how I get on with this over the next month or so.
