A personal trainer at my new gym told me he can cure type 2 in 2 weeks with a good nutrition diet. No sugar of any description. He told me that your body cannot tell which is good sugar and which is bad, so 2 weeks of no sugar (e.g. rice etc) and your body will be re programed so it understands how to cope with the good sugars.
Please tell me what you think.
