So tonight I tested Sainsbury’s Saag Paneer as it was only 5.6g per half a pot. Greedily I ate the lot and thought I would regret it. Nope. Before dinner was 5.5 and two hours after...5.5! Had it with some pork belly slices, one of the most satisfying meals I have had in a while.

So happy to have found a quick ready meal that I can have on the nights I get home late or just fancy a curry.

Oh thanks I'll have to check that out online, I don't have a Sainsbury's but I know they deliver in my area :) x

Waitrose curries are generally very low carbohydrate if you pick the right packet.

Keralan chicken fry (yum) 7.5 grams of carbohydrate per 100 grams (300 gram pack)/
Spinach dahl 9.5 grams of carbohydrate per 100 grams (300 gram pack).

Pretty good for the occasional treat.
