Scandi - I seem to remember when I joined around this time last year, there was someone posting who made custom fabric ones. But also Google something like "Etsy custom diabetic case" and you should find some on that site.

I have a code free but got given (finally) a meter and strips. The meter is a glucorx nexus (think brick) so bought the mini which takes the same strips. 10cm long but under 3cm wide. I keep the brick in my drawer at work and have the mini at home. Wanted small case to go in handbag. I always carry a small cross body handbag with phone, purse, lippy, mirror and keys.Aren't you on the Codefree any more?
I'd be inclined to either make something myself, or use something like this drawstring pouch:

There are lots of pretty pouches on eBay for all sorts of things, and they're often pennies each. Does your meter need lots of protection?
