Do as much as you want, I always start out riding around the streets at about 7pm at night for about 20 minutes then just build it up to 29 miles on a very very early sunday morning before the retards come out. We even put our bikes on the train and go to southend on sea and cycle along the beach path, very flat and we stop for a snack, its fantastic. Cannot wait to get on it again and burn that fat and excess sugar.
