Get some digital kitchen scales if you don’t already have some, being able to weigh ingredients really helps make sure your being accurate. I write out recipes I use a lot & have an accurate carb count,  it helps speed up calculating insulin requirements plus means some meals are very quick go to options when your rushed.</blockquote>
