Just finished the course today at derby royal hospital some really useful information and met some really nice people :) hopefully better bg from now on
 
Hopefully it will help in some way.

It is good to meet-up with other people who have type 1 :)
 
Yes it has helped got a better understanding of counting carbs etc and it was good to be with people with type 1 even tho I was the only bloke lol
