Has anyone found that the few months after DAFNE everything is incredible and your sugars are great and you feel invincible but then after that you go back to playing a guessing game and have erratic blood sugars!? This is how I'm feeling right now :(
 
That makes sense Miss90, guessing the carb content is always a tricky one to get right.
 
Always found going back to a quick browse of the Carbs'n'cals book we got on the course, and/or the app on phone helps keep me pretty solid back on what was taught. As mentioned in the course though, there are external factors influencing our levels like the weather and stress. So even if the carb counting is correct, we have plenty of other things affecting us :)
