I've just calculated my daily fat intake on an online calculator and it recommends 200g per day. This sounds very high to me so just wondered how much you guys consume, especially if you're very active (running, biking, weights etc)

Cheers

I don't measure my fat intake at all but since I have a combo of some from olive oil, butter, ghee, creme fraiche, soured cream, coconut oil, Mozzarella and Halloumi daily it should be pretty high. The creme fraiche alone is over 40% fat.

I eat to my appetite, but the last time i checked it was about 80% of total calorie intake.

It isn't something you want to start hot turkey. Increasing fat intake is a thing to build up to, if you are not used to it. A dab of butter here. A glug of cream there. Cheese on top. Full fat yog.

I find lidl protein rolls wonderful butter vehicles.
And coffee is a perfect cream carrier.
Curries absorb coconut cream like a dream.
Veg and olive oil are a marriage made in heaven.
And fat bombs slip down beautifully, with guilt free decadence.
