Totally free of added sugargoing online to get one - now. How many are sugar free I saw one with Stevia, is that the only one?
I bought some Irish Fruits but the ones I got may not be the right ones, when I got them home I read it properly and it says no added sugar on the front, but in the other bit it says each 125g pot provides 66 cals, 0.3 fat 0.1 saturates 9.0 sugars and 0.4 salt. Did I get the wrong ones? What's wrong with Irish Fruit Yogurts 0%/0% that most supermarkets stock?
All carbohydrates break down to sugar . vegetables and frit have carbohydrates and sugars in them. we have to eat some.Surely sugar is sugar wherever it comes from? When I was feeling really thirsty, I was just drinking stuff like fruit juices, and because I was trying to lose weight was eating only fruit after 7pm and that must have been what made my levels really high. So I am trying to avoid too much fruit, so trying to stick to just one portion per day. I am hoping to get these Danone ones, and soon. Bluetit, how long has it taken to reduce your BMI to 26? It's very good, keep it up, I know it's not easy, but you are making really good progress.

I meant fruit.
Be careful what fruits you eat. Some are much worse than others. I am not too bad with apples cherries and oranges. Bananas however are terrible. But we all seem to be different.Yes, I have met with Nursey this morning, and she says I should be having 2 portions a day (Fruit, that is) and that I should be aiming for 5gm of sugar in foods. So, at least I know what to aim for, now. However, it seems I am not a well button, so have to watch it or I will end up a) in hospital for a few days and b) on insulin for life. Neither of which fills me with joy. So, towing the line and not putting a foot wrong.......
I don't do too well with strawberries.Oranges and grape can cause high sugar readings and white rice try blue berries strawberries and raspberries
I have a meter, you get them from the GP for free, here. The only way you can map out your personal reaction to a particular type of fruit, is by testing your blood glucose.
@Fizzball , I'm not sure whether you are type 1 or 2, but if you don't have a BG meter, you'll never know how your body reacts... And they are so reasonably priced for peace of mind. You can be up and running with a Codefree model for £20.
I find berries are the best. Fewer spikes, and so much deliciousness, per berry!
