I’m now worried that’ll keep losing when I really don’t want to.nurse Tuesday so I’ll be asking if I can come off it as scrawny doesn’t suit me. but the catch 22 is I’ve good blood sugars and it’s down to that and low ish carbing as well. So should I come off or stay on it. I’m 5ft 3 and 9st 11lbs yup it’s the higher end for my BMI but I’m in my 50s</blockquote>
