Yes I’m focusing on the fact that the numbers are still good even if not what I hoped for.
I’m currently struggling with low carbing (I have periodic spells of this and know I’ll come out the other side again soon
) so just maintaining the status quo is quite enough this week. I will need to put more effort into meals and prep ahead for lazy days otherwise the urge to snack is high and it’s hard to stick with just meals when they are not substantial enough cos I’m feeling too pooped to make something decent.
I hate counting and measuring etc and know I won’t maintain that for long so the next push will need some other strategies. IFasting might be the option but up til now I’ve found I need a non carb mini breakfast to put a stop to dawn phenomenon. I might need to short term weather that in order for long term gain. Something to muse on in the next few days.
