Hi has anyone bought the 2 David Cavan books advertised on the DUK website? There's a reversing your type 2 book and a diet book. Would anyone recommend them?

Hi has anyone bought the 2 David Cavan books advertised on the DUK website? There's a reversing your type 2 book and a diet book. Would anyone recommend them?

I have the Reversing book, but I must say I haven't read it yet. It was a gift, and I was extra busy at the time I was given it, so I should go back to it and read it.

I can't recall which thread it was on, but someone this morning mentioned they had heard Dr Cavan speak and he was excellent.

I read the book fairly soon after I was diagnosed. Took some things on board but I think another read will be a good idea as I was very overwhelmed by everything at the time.

I was recently diagnosed as T2D and the diabetes nurse at my surgery recommended I get Dr David Cavans book which I am now reading. I also purchased his 60 recipes book.

I bought the recipe book by mistake, I meant to buy the first one. I wasn't very impressed by it and the recipes didn't inspire me. Someone else might really enjoy them, it's personal taste I suppose. I think the diet doctor is better.
