For interest - as I still have dawn phenomenon though otherwise in non-diabetic figures. I hope this will be helpful to others who have DP. I don't bother measuring first thing any more as it's a waste of a strip.

Today - 1:30 pm nothing eaten since 6:30pm previous night - 6.1

5pm still nothing eaten: 5.4

Watch out dinosaurs!
