Dawn phenomenon?

I am Type 2 and I’ve been on Mounjaro since April. My BMI is now ‘normal’ and my HbA1c is down from 9.9 to 6.4. I’ve been using a CGM for the last several months which has shown that my glucose is at a peak at about 04:00, long before I wake up at 07:00 to 08:00.

The peak at 21:00 is from my dinner which I eat at 09:30.

I am also on empagliflozin.

Is this the Dawn Phenomenon, or something else? Should I be worried? Should I ask my GP (my diabetic nurse retired last week)?

I can get the dawn phenomenon, also take Empagliflozin.
I note you’ve had a big dip, I found that if I have this, the reading gos high in the morning. I’m still learning so can’t categorically confirm this is why, hopefully a more experienced person can throw light on it.
