I get up have a low carb breakfast go to work then have a low carb lunch.
But driving home about 5pm I'm wanting carbs sugar you name it! Any hints tips a new route home away from asda! how to stop this craving! we usually eat 7am, 1pm 7pm But the 5pm sugar addiction is bad!

always eaten at these times. If you usually eat at 7, 13 and 19hrs, has this always been so, or was it different?
I have never snacked, so I'd try to just ride it out, but if you are really struggling you could try taking a modest portion of, say, cheese, or a few nuts to occupy your stomach.
If you're avoiding meat for health reasons, you may want to revisit that.porridge/cereal for breakfast. home made veg soup for lunch veggie burger or pie or fish fingers with rice & lentil mix as you can probably tell i'm mostly veggie usually 90% vegan small dairy usually milk in tea and occasional meat
