Decaf Diet Coke, to have or have not

Hi folks, not been on here for ages, but I know how helpful folks can be.
I'm told that the sweeteners used in Decaf-Diet Coke are bad for Type 2's. Can anybody comment on this please.

Sweeteners in Decaf Diet coke are aspartame, acesulfame K

Have to be honest I still have the occasional Pepsi Max and other sugar free drinks.

Thanks for all the replies. I've been having a can of Decaf Diet Coke every evening for quite a while, guess I should cut down as per Rowans post, not necessarily for Diabetic reasons.
