Decisions on starting a hertfordshire group

So I've had a determination mind today to try and start up my own local group for those who have T1. Now it could be a long shot but im willing to go whatever distance to make it happen to help support those who I can relate to myself. As well as try to raise as much awareness as possible.
I havent started nothing as of yet, waiting on a starter pack and info.
Just wanted peoples opinions on it, whether I should or shouldn't

I live in edgware, about 30 minutes from you. Would be nice as there is no support groups around here at all x
