Decreased A1c

Over the previous three-month I was able to lower my A1c from 6.7 last October, 2024 to an A1c of 6.2 in early February 2025. I have achieved this change mainly by changes in my diet. I cut down my consumption of bread and rice in particular by half. I have been recently introduced to a natural supplement, we will see how that goes although I am already very happy with an A1c of 6.2.
