I wish I could learn to love olives, but for some reason I can't. Not that I hate them - if they're served, I eat them and don't hate the experience, but as for buying them and making them a regular part of my diet, I just can't seem to make it. If I buy them, they'll sit in the fridge for eons and I'll end up tossing them out. It's weird, but I can't ever imagine myself longing for an olive100g Olives = around 3g carbs
There are about 5 g carbs in each 1/2 roll.
They are brown, triangular and covered in seeds. Baked in store, so they aren't always on display. We bought 12 today, and left none for anyone else. Lol.

We all have individual reactions to foods, and need to bear that in mind whenever eating new foods (also meter variance and portion size).Hi again, I tried one of these for lunch today (a whole one) but found I went higher than I'd hoped. Do you generally have to count for the protein with these as it's such a high amount?
