How often do diabetics have to brush their teeth I brush mine like twice a month and all my teeth are loose and my gum line is receding

You need to see a dentist urgently. Diabetics are more likely to develop infections than other people, including those affecting the gums. I hope you mean you clean your teeth twice a day. Shrinking gums can be caused by a build-up of plaque, caused by lack of thorough cleaning.

Hey jonniey. You definitely need to see a dentist. I recently developed gingivitus as my sugars were unstable but the dentist sorted me out. We are much more prone to infection and needs some diligence!

On average I brush 2 times a month I can't even remember when I started doing this my teeth still look ok but my gum line has receded and my teeth have been loose for years especially after getting diabetes

Yep, I can apreciate as one gets older, the memory isn't so good..
Would one of your parents have helped you brush in the early years?

I brush / clean my teeth twice a day, so you need to start brushing more than that a month.

Before diabetes I used to brush everyday even twice a day. After I had diabetes for 3 years I stopped caring because I felt like diabetes is going to kill me anyway.

You making me laugh
I brushed them just now iv decided I'll at least start to brush once a day

That's definitely a step in the right direction ! Even people without diabetes can suffer from the shrinking gum problem. You might have developed that anyway.
