Dentist and high sugars afterwards

Hi guys haven t been on in for even.So I've just got back from dentist after having a filling and my sugar are 11 i did test in dentist before hand and it was 6.4 so i m wondering if it is the local anesthetic?? really want to eat but i can t eat on that and i m not bolusing for meals so im a little stuck,and starving
 
The stress effect may have contributed. How about a couple of scrambled eggs to fill the gap?
 
i had omelette earlier,I ve stew waiting for me but that might be off the menu
 
Trawling posts and happened on this one. Went on radio briefly this morning, rose 3 units in 10 minutes. Definitely Adrenalin production. I had taken 6 bolus units 30 minutes before ready for breakfast. Still rose!
 
Ive has the same experience before and I was told it could be the listerine mouthwash.

It has sucrose in it!
