Type 2 depression with diabetes

Hi there all. I have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diebities. The problem is I suffer with servere depression and this causes me to.eat and all.the bad stuff so I am finding this so hard right now. Anyone else.have the same and maybe give me some advice on how to co
