I need to look at this in a positive light. We didn’t eat very unhealthy before, but I know portion size and green leafy vegetables were not high priorities.

Going to do some batch cooking this week - we do this every so often, it just needs to have different accompaniments going forward.

Anyone got a recipe for making cauliflower taste good?

Loads of recipes online. Preface everything with Keto.
Our favourite is caulifower cheese where the sauce is cream cheese (full fat) warmed though with added cheese of choice, cheddar and parmesan usually, then poured over pre cooked cauliflower, sprinked with more cheese and heated in oven
And yes I've lost weight (3st) and got into remission eating this!

Also Cauliflower Mash ... again made with cream cheese and butter is DELICIOUS!
