        Hi Su! Thank you. I am now 9st 9.5 lbs. My hips/legs were always slim but now I can actually feel my hip bones again! I'm still a stone over my idea weight though xx

    I need to get back into my walks but afraid of covid, so hopefully one day soon

    Type 2 diabetic diagnosed in January 2016.
    I did so well ... May 2018 changed all that with losing mum unexpectedly.
    I have to get myself fit again following further tragedies that knocked my
    confidence and led me into depression. My son died. My fiance left me.
    So, after licking my wounds, and losing my health, I am fighting back.
