Good evening all as you may have seen on my recent blogs I have been diabetic for 43yrs and this may be a stupid question but can someone explain what a Desmond course is as it keeps coming up on the forum over all the years I don't think I've ever heard of it and I have worked in the caring profession please shed some light on subject thanks.
