Desmond diabetes courses, Groups were recommended to me 4 years . Sadly,there have been no face to face groups within 30 miles since Covid!
Online info or groups may be the answer. Has anyone found any online Desmond courses or tried these ? Does this website do any comprehensive ones.
HOWEVER I am different I way under 8 st , 49kg ,ISH so for me its controlling higher carb s ; higher readings,6_8 , 8 -10 & with more allowable fats .
