Oh, glad they have sorted that out for you. I hope you learn a bit of something from it, but I expect they will tell you to eat carbs!

I did the course when I was first diagnosed and didn't really find it helpful. As you say they keep going on about having carbs with every meal and a snack (suggested a couple of digestives) between meals. I'e found this site a thousand times more useful.
