I appreciate everyones comments. My sugar levels are 7.8 now in the morning before breakfast and within that range throughout the day. I feel like things are just getting worse. Im due for my blood test to see what the hpac1 levels are in may and then im seeing an endocrinologist on the 12th. I cant do anything till then because not till we find out whats up based on those tests nothing can be said. Yes im stressed you got it right but who wouldn't be? Hungry 24/7 and not being able to lose weight despite all the healthy eating and working my bum off at the gym I see ZERO RESULTS rather a gain in weight during a short span of time. I dont feel like going to the gym anymore only because i know its pure waste of time. The equation healthy eating plus exercise equals weight lost is just not working. I feel my body is stubborn and im in a battle with it. I genuinely feel theres something wrong and this needs to be addressed quiet quickly. I feel im carrying half my god **** weight around my tummy and mid section. Im just bloated and look pregnant and overall this impacts my mental health quiet seriously. Im not an obese person that eats junkfood sits on the couch and isn't concerned about their wellbeing. I eat very strictly and exercide rigourously and still see nothing. I had a friend who just got back from europe from her honeymoon. She looks alot slimmer and fitter. She said she doesn't know why she just walked heaps but still ate lots of junkfood. And then theres me- who actually tries and sees no results. What could be the cause for hunger? Why is my stomach not satisfied like ever? My gp is pointless
