Hello everyone Last time I was on here I was very anxious and depressed. Today Im feeling alot better. I went to the Endocrinologist for the first time and showed him my results. It turns out my HB1AC is 6.2 My hormones are all balanced My BMI is healthy And I dont have PCOS! WHAT A RELIEF! The specialist said that I am healthy and there's nothing wrong with me. He said the excessive hunger is not uncommon and many experience it esspecially when exercising vigorously. He said there is no cure for hunger. The HB1AC level of 6.2 he said is virtually normal I may develop diabetes in the long run due to dad having diabetes. After a good hard think of everything I downloaded myfitnesspal its a free app that messures your calorie intake based on the foods you eat. Turns out while I was eating a "healthy diet" ranging from.1200 to 1600 calorie intake, my carb intake was close to 250 grams per day! The highest intake for a healthy person should be 150!! This probably explains thr big belly I have and inability to lose weight. For the next two months Im going to continue my regular exercise but stick to a 1200 calorie diet with very little carbs. Does anyone have any low carb eat brekky ideas? If I have a filling breakfast my tummy gets some relief for a few hours which is good. The best thing is Im not on any medication and dont need to be! I do however believe I am insulin resistant Has anyone tried inositol to manage their weight??
