I guess you'd need to correct in multiple smaller doses, if it would really work as fast as it did for that poor little fish in the video. The only issue i see is possible realy rapid sugar drops from a correction dose feeling as bad as any potential hypos?

But as it is, it takes about 2 hours and a couple of minutes after my corrections before I can safely decide if the correction was enough, and that's on Fiasp.
I don't think they'll just hand out the insulin the way it is in the snails! The poor little fish had the quickest hypo I've ever seen! Now looking at how that snail messes up that fish with the action on that insulin..?
I get a feeling it would need a little refinement.. That to me is some potent stuff..
I've known how that fish feels ! Always thought snails were vegetarian so this was an education.I'd love a quicker acting insulin so I'm hoping this research will lead to a new type of insulin.
Also, I think this snail is really cool!

My insulin needs have dropped by about 15% since I had my first covid jab. However, lately. (The last few months) things have changed..? My insulin to carb ratio or correction..?
I find I start dropping faster I corrected a mid teen 'er with 2u earlier today (should usually have been 3.) & I'm having a sub 3.5 in just under 1.5 hours.. I'm also having to relearn what I knock in for what I eat too?? It's pretty much a third off what has been my standard for years..

Is there any such correlation for you?
Cone snails are common in the sea here, you have be careful that you do not stand on them as you can end up dead with the sting. Also, I think this snail is really cool!
Might be just the thing when having a stubborn high!Cone snails are common in the sea here, you have be careful that you do not stand on them as you can end up dead with the sting.
Very sensible thinking by your team!My team seem to think it's as easy as quitting the "day job" & going full time pro "muso.."
