Dexcom g7 directly to Apple Watch

Just come across some good news for people on the G7 with Apple Watches

Not as far as im aware you still need an iPhone to set it up, but if you have the cellular version that can be left at home and the watch will work independently

You would be able to use the Dex app on the non cellular but many other features of the watch would not function without internet
