Dexcom One vs Libre 2

Hello

It seems the Dexcom needs us to clip on a transmitter to the sensor for it to work while the Libre 2 does not need that. Is that correct?

Also, if I do not clip the transmitter on the Dexcom, will it measure and store data and then transmit it to the cloud when I clip the transmitter on it?

Something else, can I extract raw data from both (i.e. timestamp and value) and do both record every 1 minute?

I discussed this with my consultant a couple of weeks ago, and she was pretty indifferent about the Dexcom. Sensor change every 10 days, sender every 90. Loads of waste. Don't know about off line storing.
