I would like to buy this Dexcom share http://www.dexcom.com/dexcom-g4-platinum-share

The share component (receiver and app) is not available in Europe (unregulated).

Does anyone know the best way for me to get it? I don't know about using couriers to buy these unregulated items from the US.

Thanks!

Dexcom are not yet allowed to sell this device and ship direct to a European patient. They are only allowed to sell to privates in markets they have obtained regulatory approval to do business in with their medical device. So you would need to go to US yourself with address there to purchase and physically get it. Alternatively you can get some with US residency to purchase it and then they ship as private to you in private. Curriers like UPS or DHL are still OK to use for such private to private shipment.

In the states CGM's are prescription only, so you are on to a non starter. :(

I think its only the special platinum share reader device he wanted/needs from the US. Should be possible through local friend or similar (who might need a doctor to prescribe ;)), who then can forward back to Europe by private shipping. The sensors we can already get in Europe.

Ah ok, sorry didn't read it properly :( Have reread it and it's the receiver OP needs and that would be prescription only in the USA.
